I swear, I've the power
to immerse the whole
universe
into darkness,
even as the sun shines,
closing my
eyes.
I swear, I've no power,
to light the whole universe
but to
wait patiently,
till the sunrise
.
I swear, yet I have the power,
to
light your face
with a smile, that'd sing
a thousand blended notes
of
your pure and simple love.
I tread toward you, to be nestled
and feel
the warmth of love forever!
